Peanut Sauce

This recipe was given to me by my friend Cyndie. It's very easy and one of my favorites.

Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
chopped onions to taste
3 large tbs peanut butter (or more-I use chunky)
1/2-1 cup chicken, diced
chili powder to taste (I use a fair amount)
cayenne pepper to taste (just a pinch, usually)
Directions:
1. Saute chicken and onions in butter or oil.
2. Add soup, peanut butter and spices. (Spices get stronger while simmering) I also add a little water to get the right sauce consistency.
3. Simmer until heated through and serve over rice.
